| Reagan Ridley from Inside Job |
"It's a shame we never come to this area of the building, it's so cozy" said Reagan Ridley, head of the technology research section of Cognito Inc., the company that effectively controls the entire world.
"We practically lived here once" replied an elegant African American woman. Gigi Thompson was the company's public relations officer. Much of the fake news spread in the media was her own work.
“That's where they put my torture machine. Those pups said it was too inhumane"
"Get on" Gigi said curtly.
"What?" Reagan burst out laughing. "I wouldn't even go up there as a joke, I had done an excellent job, it’s a perfect torture machine”
"I'm not kidding. Get on the platform."
Reagan turned. She saw that Gigi was holding a gun.
“What the hell does that mean, Gigi? Put that weapon down."
“It means the time has come to advance my career. And your place would be very useful to me."
"But you don't understand anything about technology!"
“Oh, formally the place will still be yours. You will simply work in secret for me."
“You're a goddamn psychopath. You have no idea what this machine is capable of."
“I want you to know what I'm capable of. Now get on. And take off your shoes.” Gigi fired a shot that grazed Reagan's cheek.
Terrified, she obeyed. Reagan was hoping so much that it was a bluff and that the machine was off. Unfortunately for her this was not the case. As soon as she put her feet on the platform, the metal tentacles of the machine enveloped her and struck her with shocks of thousands of volts.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARGH!" Gigi listened to Reagan's screams of pain with a pleased air, as if the best Led Zeppelin record was in her ears.

Reagan opened her eyes.
"Did you like it, my dear?"
